  • 3 English muffins
  • 300g boxed whey cream cheese
  • 2 servings (30g each) concentrated coffee (cooled)
  • 50ml Zero-Calorie French Vanilla Syrup
  • 50ml Maple Syrup
  • 4 teaspoons cocoa powder
  1. Mix the concentrated coffee with the French vanilla syrup.
  2. Stir the whey cream cheese and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Slice the English muffins lengthwise into 0.5cm thick strips.
  4. Sprinkle a little cocoa powder at the bottom of each bowl, layer with muffin strips, and pour the coffee/vanilla syrup mixture over them until soaked. Then, add a layer of the whey cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
  5. Repeat the steps until all ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of cocoa powder on top.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.

You can make this in a large container. To increase the protein content, add 20g of vanilla protein powder to the whey cream cheese, adjusting the amount of maple syrup to taste.
