  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • ½ cup strong espresso (cooled)
  • ¼ cup coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlúa)
  • 1 package ladyfinger cookies
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • Chocolate shavings (for garnish)
  1. In a bowl, whisk mascarpone, granulated sugar, coffee liqueur, and 2 tablespoons of espresso until smooth.
  2. Dip ladyfinger cookies briefly in remaining espresso and layer them at the bottom of each martini glass.
  3. Spread a layer of mascarpone mixture over the cookies. Repeat with another layer of dipped cookies and mascarpone.
  4. Sift cocoa powder over the top layer. Chill the cups in the fridge for 1 hour.
  5. Pour heavy cream and powdered sugar into the cream dispenser. Attach the cream charger, shake vigorously, and let sit for 1 minute.
  6. Before serving, pipe a swirl of whipped cream onto each tiramisu cup and garnish with chocolate shavings.
