
Ingredients:
- Whipping cream: 200 ml (preferably animal-based with high fat content for better whipping results)
- Fine sugar: 30 grams (adjust to taste)
- Vanilla extract: 2-3 drops (optional for added flavor)
- Cream Buffet cream whipper: 1 unit
- Cream Buffet creamcharger: 1 unit
- Additional toppings: such as fruits (strawberries, blueberries, mango, etc.), chocolate shavings, cookie crumbs, etc., prepared according to personal preference
Instructions:
- Preparation: Ensure the cream whipper and cream charger are in good working condition. Take the whipping cream out of the refrigerator and let it warm to room temperature for easier whipping.
- Whipping the Cream: Pour the whipping cream into a clean, dry mixing bowl. Add the fine sugar and vanilla extract. Start mixing at a low speed with a hand or electric mixer to combine the sugar and cream, preventing splashes. Once small bubbles start to form, gradually increase the mixer speed and continue until the cream expands in volume and becomes thick and smooth. The cream should be soft and not fully whipped at this stage.
- Filling the Cream Whipper: Transfer the partially whipped cream into the Cream Buffet cream whipper, ensuring it does not exceed half the container’s capacity to avoid overflow. Securely tighten the lid to ensure it is well sealed.
- Attaching the Cream Charger: Correctly attach the cream charger to the cream whipper following the product’s instructions, ensuring it is firmly in place. Once attached, gently shake the cream whipper up and down 10-15 times to allow the nitrogen from the charger to fully mix with the cream, further whipping it. You will feel the pressure change inside the whipper as the cream becomes thicker.
- Creating the Cream Cups: After shaking, remove the Cream Buffet cream charger and replace it with a decorative nozzle. Take out your prepared cups and gently press the button on the cream whipper to dispense the creamy, fluffy cream in a spiral pattern into the cups, layering it to create a cloud-like effect.
- Decorating the Cream Cups: Top the whipped cream with fresh fruit slices like strawberries, blueberries, or mango chunks, or sprinkle with chocolate shavings and cookie crumbs for added texture and flavor.
Notes:
- Ensure all containers and tools that come into contact with the cream are free of oil and water to avoid affecting the whipping results.
- The cream whipper and cream charger are pressure devices; always follow the product instructions carefully to prevent accidents.
- It is recommended to consume the cream cups immediately after preparation. If not eaten right away, store them in the refrigerator, but avoid prolonged storage as it may affect the texture and quality of the cream.
