
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- ½ cup strong espresso (cooled)
- ¼ cup coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlúa)
- 1 package ladyfinger cookies
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- Chocolate shavings (for garnish)

- Sieve (for cocoa powder)
- Cream Buffet Cream Dispenser
- Cream Buffet Cream Charger
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk mascarpone, granulated sugar, coffee liqueur, and 2 tablespoons of espresso until smooth.
- Dip ladyfinger cookies briefly in remaining espresso and layer them at the bottom of each martini glass.
- Spread a layer of mascarpone mixture over the cookies. Repeat with another layer of dipped cookies and mascarpone.
- Sift cocoa powder over the top layer. Chill the cups in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Pour heavy cream and powdered sugar into the cream dispenser. Attach the cream charger, shake vigorously, and let sit for 1 minute.
- Before serving, pipe a swirl of whipped cream onto each tiramisu cup and garnish with chocolate shavings.
