Ingredients:
- 3 English muffins
- 300g boxed whey cream cheese
- 2 servings (30g each) concentrated coffee (cooled)
- 50ml Zero-Calorie French Vanilla Syrup
- 50ml Maple Syrup
- 4 teaspoons cocoa powder
Instructions:
- Mix the concentrated coffee with the French vanilla syrup.
- Stir the whey cream cheese and maple syrup until smooth.
- Slice the English muffins lengthwise into 0.5cm thick strips.
- Sprinkle a little cocoa powder at the bottom of each bowl, layer with muffin strips, and pour the coffee/vanilla syrup mixture over them until soaked. Then, add a layer of the whey cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
- Repeat the steps until all ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of cocoa powder on top.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
Tips:
You can make this in a large container. To increase the protein content, add 20g of vanilla protein powder to the whey cream cheese, adjusting the amount of maple syrup to taste.
